Salesman

Client wants a slimy sales guy in black and white. This is the first scribble and the inked line art.

Super - Madness

Going to one of those gigantic supermarkets with all those unnecessary product options and madness can produce certain side-effects, ask this poor chap.

The thinker

immerse in his own thoughts

70's

It's been a bit since I last posted here, busy busy busy (not as much as I would like to but still) - this is something I finished recently, a 70's business man ..... love the mustache!!

Sketch

Here is a quick sketch I did the other day at home on my moleskine (always with me). There is something dark and sad about this character, but I like it.

Freddy the Dragon - September Challenge

Here is my entry for this month's challenge, can't say this dragon is the most scary monster after the knight was done with him, but still.

Cross-eyed Alien- July Monthly Challenge

Here is my entry for this month's challenge - this green Alien can't see very well the poor thing.

Morning bird

This bird needs his coffee in the morning before even thinking of doing his hair. Created on Cinema 4D

Birds

Here is a couple of 3D illustration characters I've just created using Cinema 4D

Ipad

The gorgeous Ipad, very desirable but not cheap. If you want one (which I am not ashamed to say I do) you have to be prepared to only eat beans on toast for a while.

Flying Man - May Challenge

Here is one of the latest illustrations I created. I'm sure loads of people that live in a big city feel like that at 8am in the morning on their way to work. The same illustration in landscape was used recently for an online magazine for creatives as their landing page.

I've been very, very busy doing some great work for Specsavers (soon to be seen) so I've not been doing much else, but now that the project is finish I'll be able to post more work here. :)

ButterflyHead

Vectoriel draw for Tees... available soon
Exit Man

I love my job - May Challenge

Since I didn't have enough time to enter the first challenge I decided to move quickly on this one. Here is my entry for the May challenge, a very very excited man loving his work.

Creative Boom's banner

I've just finished a banner for Creative Booms home page, click on the illustration above to see it bigger or check it out on http://www.creativeboom.co.uk/

Shopping

Illustration I created depicing 'sustainable' shopping

T-shirt Illustration

This is an illustration I was ask to do for a t-shirt. I don't play in a band but will wear one of them when printed.

Monster in the closet

Once again I had a bit of a play with Cinema 4D. I am getting more used to this program but still only know 1% ..... ok, the illustration is a bit rough on the edges, but a lot of fun to do.

Here I created that closet monster that I know exist in our bedroom (and by the way, I also took that picture on the wall)

Robots

Here is one of my favourite illustrations I have on my website at the moment - there is something about it.

Portrait series - Mr. Devil

This is the first of a series of portrait-like character I'm creating on Cinema 4D.

I ask them to pose for a second in front of a backdrop - here I was lucky enough to get this really cool looking Devil, and he even gave me his autograph.

Which one makes you happy?

The purpose of the "Blijmakertjes" is to bring a smile on people's faces,
which one brings a smile on yours?
